NationPoint is one of the nation’s largest ($20 billion in annual production) non-prime mortgage lenders. With nearly 100% of its loans originating online, NationPoint requires a web site that is simple, effective and fast.

Driving users to the web site through integrated emails that opt in users has been instrumental in building effective deal flow with a channel that lowers the cost of customer acquisition.

NationPoint and RD2 also implemented a Corporate Intranet, “The Point” which is now seen on every browser in the offices of NationPoint. Each day, employees use the applications on The Point to look up contacts, register for classes on the Institute of Learning, participate in the 360 Performance Review and much more.

When RD2 refreshed Nationpoint’s web site, we focused on business benefits and usability. Maintaining simplicity in a site so rich in content takes expert tuning, including an intuitive navigational scheme that works to predict and answer the questions of any user.

As always, the site is coded to RD2’s strict standards, allowing the best browsing—for browsers, mobile devices, and search engines alike.
