The Ducati Owners Club website represents a launch at a time when we've been thinking a lot about the importance of brand. More than ever, having a strong brand begs the need to engage community. But haven't we seen enough of community websites for the sake of community? There's plenty of opportunity for great brands to set the table with exactly what their community wants to talk about. To narrow the focus on conversations that matter to the audience. We think that opening up a community "free for all" is not good for the brand nor for its community. That's simply...spam.
