CoServ Website Redesign
The new CoServ.com combines what was once multiple domains into one place for CoServ customers to find information on Customer Service, Conservation, and what it means to be a member of a cooperative. The website utilizes DotNetNuke, an open source Content Management System built in .NET to allow CoServ to easily create and update content. Behind the login, users will find a redesigned account panel that will allow users more control over their utility accounts, and the ability to view and pull consumption and transaction reports. On the back end, this panel interacts with multiple business practices to display pertinent customer data seamlessly.
